Follows are preliminary details about the 2009 up coming reunion.

I am adding the web links to the U.S. Forest Service Facility that we will be meeting at so everyone can get a better idea about what a great site this is and the great views and places nearby to visit.

This is about for the Sanchelli family reunion. Menu is tentative but will try and stick to it as close as possible
Friday, September 4th
Dinner: BBQ pork sandwiches, chips, com. No specific time for this, will be available to you, when you arrive.
Saturday, September 5th
Breakfast: Pancakes, sausage, eggs, beverage.
Lunch: Sandwiches, chips, fruit – food will be on the table – help yourself. No beverage provided.
Dinner: Chicken or spaghetti, salad, rolls’, dessert. No beverage provided.
Sunday, September 6th
Breakfast: French toast, bacon, hash browns, beverage.
Lunch: Sandwiches, chips, fruit – food will be on the table – help yourself. No beverage provided.
Dinner: Hamburgers, hot dogs, salad, beans, dessert. No beverage provided.
Monday, September 7th
Breakfast ONLY: Muffins, bagels, fruit, beverage.
CHECK OUT TIME 11am!
Coffee, tea and juice will be provided for breakfast only. All beverages and snacks you want, you will need to bring for you for your family for the weekend .
IMPORTANT:
The cost to you for food will depend on how many in your family are coming, ages, and number of days you will be attending. The cost for supplies (paper plates, napkins, paper cups etc.) will be split among ALL families. The cost of the cookhouse and bunkhouse, will be split among ALL families, which is very cheap for the rental of the entire grounds and the two buildings.
Cookhouse: $250.00, Bunkhouse: 240.00, = Total: $590.00
At this time I have approximately 14 families coming, so the cost of the two building is $36.00 per family for the ENTIRE weekend. This amount is approximate and could change, according to how many families attend, but will still be minimal. By renting these two building, we have access to the following:
Recreation Hall- Ping pong and cards available, you may also bring any other games you would like to play. Access to the entire grounds: Grassy area with volley ball, and horse shoes provided. You can also bring equipment to play football, baseball, Frisbee, folf or any other games you may want to play.
Grassy area for at least five campers or 5th wheelers, (DRY CAMPING ONLY), and several spots for tenting.
Cookhouse: Has commercial grill, double oven, microwave oven, cooking utensils service for approximately 50 people, commercial dishwasher, two refrigerators, plus walk in cooler, dining area.
Bunkhouse: Sleeps 35 people, has restrooms, sinks and showers. Mattress covers, but you MUST bring your own bedding, towels, soap, shampoo etc.
Fire Pit: Hopefully fire restrictions will not be in effect.
The only additional cost to you, would be if you rent a motel room at the Silver Dollar motel. They are willing to give us trucker rates, which would be about $45.00 a night.
VERY IMPORTANT: You need to call the Silver Dollar motel, located in Haugan, Mt. and make your reservations as soon as possible to be assured you get a room. Again you will get truckers rates, but you have to tell them you are with the Sanchelli family reunion. The motel is located about a block from the Savenac facility.

Cooking and clean up will be shared amongst everyone. A sign up sheet will be posted in the kitchen showing times for meals, names of who will be cooking and cleaning up. With as many people as we have coming, you only have to cook and clean up once during the entire weekend. Please check days attending and how many people over the age of 5. Children 5 and under will be free. Filling this out as soon as possible is important for me (Babe Sanch) to figure out the cost for everyone. Thank you.
